Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, the selected shipping method, and the weight/size of your order.
We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on our homepage or during checkout.

⏱️ Processing and Handling Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving full payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and link to track your package.

🌐 Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Protonverse Labs is not responsible for any delays or fees incurred due to customs processing.

❗ Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at hello@protonverse.io within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and offer a solution.
